Local Care
Melody Care provide care for those wanting a regular visit as well as for those wanting a carer to Live–In with them. Most of our clients fund the care they receive privately but we also care for those with Personal Budgets that are provided by Social Services. Before any care can be provided, in accordance with CQC rules and regulations, we visit you in your home to discuss your requirements. Following this meeting we produce a comprehensive Care Plan which covers all of your needs as well as setting out our various responsibilities. This is the plan that your Care Assistant follows each time they visit. It can be updated at any time to reflect your personal needs and desires.
Sometimes our clients are in hospital but need a Care Plan to be arranged before they can return home. We are happy to visit you in hospital to discuss your requirements. We will also liaise with your loved ones and the healthcare professionals to ensure everything is in place ready for your return. Our aim is to provide you and those around you with the peace of mind that your care is in safe, professional and responsible hands.
